Some of the biggest and heaviest blocks we carry in our energy body, are Shame and Guilt that we have collected throughout our life. Removing these will be extremely beneficial for anyone of us.So, what are these?

Well, think about all those embarrasing situations we all have experienced, which we tend to bury deep down in our subconscious, secretly wishing that they will never surface again. We hope. However, they still exist within our energy field, even if we surpressed them.

We ususally think that the errors of the past don’t affect us, but in reality and energywise these unhealed issues can create huge obstacles in our life.

We can carry energy “nots” that date as far back as our early childhood, but most of them are of more recent date.

Imagine all those occasions when you knew you made a mistake, but for whatever reason you were never able to correct it. We have all experienced these situations, were life simply moved on and we had no chance to amend whatsoever.

Or, it might be something that was done to us, something we couldnt avoid, but still makes us feel higly ashamed. Or perhaps we took part of a situation,that felt alright at the moment, but soon enough caused a feeling of great shame.

Whatever the scenario – we usually try to forget these occasions as soon as possible, and in doing so these supressed feelings of Shame and Guilt are bound to create blocks in our energy.
